This year's lessons learned:
1. Sadie thinks fireworks are just about the coolest thing ever. She was bouncing off the walls.
2. Ellie can sleep like a rock through fireworks, even when they're going off right above our heads.
3. The fireworks in Lewiston (a teeny little town in Cache Valley) are kinda lame compared to the Logan ones.
4. 600 East in Logan must be avoided at all costs upon leaving said firework show. It took us an hour and a half to go four blocks. Grrrr....
5. It's still worth it to drive to Logan at 7:30 in the morning to save our traditional spot. Nothing beats being that close.
6. I really, really love the Fourth of July!
