Fun with B, M, and E

One more Christmas-y event to record...

Before leaving to come back home, we had one more fun thing to do. Our friends Ben, Melinda, and Emerson were visiting from far, far away and we got to hang out with them a couple different times. They came up to Logan to go to an Aggie game one day, and then we met them downtown after Christmas another day to play. They're cool and got us in free to Discovery Gateway, so we let the kids loose to foster their romantic relationship together (or apart, as was the most common case) while the adults chatted. Despite the awful-smelling water area (think stinky feet) and the masses of other people there, we had lots of fun. After Discovery Gateway, we rode Trax - or "choo choo" as cute little E called it - to temple square to see the lights. It was freezing but totally worth it.

Thanks for the fun time, guys!

This was taken the day they visited us in Logan. The look on Emerson's face cracks me up. You can just hear him saying, "Woah! Crazy girl trying to hug me!"

KSL should seriously consider the PR that could be generated if these two became newscasters...

  1. Discovery Gateway sure is fun, but too darn expensive!! Looks like the kiddos had a blast!

  2. Ok so I totally meant to email the picture to you, but as long as you were able to steal it off the blog, then that's great!

We had so much fun hanging out with you guys! Thanks for playing with us all day in Logan and for being good sports about the stinky feet water in SLC. Oh, and for rescuing my scalded hot chocolate hand with napkins. :) You guys ARE true friends.

We've got to get these little cuties together more often!
